Our Vision
Neurodivergent Jewish Leadership is a Zionist organization dedicated to empowering neurodivergent Jews and upholding the values of compassion and community. Through innovative programs and supportive initiatives, we inspire individuals to become leaders and changemakers. Our vision is to create lasting global impact by advancing Jewish and neurodivergent justice, combating discrimination against neurodivergent people, and standing firmly against antisemitism fostering a world rooted in dignity, equality, and hope.
Our Current Initiatives
Jewish Journey Project
We created a community-based program that offers personalized virtual learning and mentorship for men and women who wish to deepen their connection to Judaism, study Torah, and receive spiritual guidance. Our program is designed to empower participants, strengthening their Jewish identity and helping them carry their learning and inspiration into their daily lives for the long term.
Our Voices Matters: Media and Journalsim Fellowship
Understanding the unique challenges faced by the neurodivergent Jewish community, we created a specialized workforce development fellowship in media and journalism. This program provides a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where participants can develop their writing and communication skills, share their perspectives, and build confidence. Fellows are encouraged to use their voices to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and we provide platforms and guidance to help them publish, speak, and be heard.
Neurodiversity & Antisemitism Resilience Center
During international crises and heightened tensions, we extend our support across borders with urgency, compassion, and meaningful action. Our center provides resources, mediation services, and an emotional support group led by a licensed clinical psychologist. These services help members of the neurodivergent Jewish community process and respond to discrimination and antisemitism, while fostering strength, resilience, and a sense of safety and belonging.
Our Voice Matters: Zionist Leadership Fellowhsip
We launched a community-based fellowship that empowers members of the Jewish and neurodivergent communities to become leaders and changemakers. We focus on each participant’s unique strengths, talents, and skills, working together to develop a personalized action plan that creates real impact. Our goal is to ensure every participant feels supported, included, and confident in their ability to lead in our community in ways that genuinely work for them.
