Meet the Founder and CEO
Regina Lenzner
Neurodivergent Jewish Leadership is dedicated to uplifting and strengthening the neurodivergent Jewish community by confronting discrimination and antisemitism and promoting justice and positive change worldwide. Guided by Jewish values of compassion and community, we create innovative programs that empower individuals and communities alike. Our vision is hopeful and empowering, rooted in working together to build a better, more inclusive world.
I am a proud Jew and a neurodivergent person, and my journey has not been easy. I have faced discrimination for both my Jewish identity and my neurodivergence, and for a long time, I felt unheard, unseen, and without justice. I reached a breaking point where I realized I was done staying silent. Something had to change.
Out of that struggle came determination. I knew I wasn’t the only one feeling isolated or marginalized. Neurodivergent Jews needed community, solidarity, and a movement that said loudly: we belong, our voices matter, and we are not alone. We deserve dignity, leadership, and power.
So I created Neurodivergent Jewish Leadership, a Zionist organization built from both pain and hope. In founding it, I claimed my voice and my identity with pride. This work has transformed my heart, mind, and spirit, and it continues to strengthen me as I organize, uplift others, and fight discrimination and antisemitism.
Today, my mission is clear: to unite neurodivergent Jews, to turn our lived experience into activism, and to build a world where we don’t just survive, we lead!

We work tirelessly to uphold core Jewish values of compassion and community, implementing innovative programs that inspire empowerment and meaningful change. By promoting social justice and supporting those in need, we strive to build a more equitable and inclusive world for all.
